Refund policy
We hope that you will be satisfied with all purchases you make from us. If for some reason you are not satisfied, we will issue you a refund under the following conditions:
1. Wholesale items are final and non-refundable; damaged goods sold at wholesale pricing are returnable for exchange only.

2. Returns must be made and received by us within 30 days of delivery or receipt

4. You must have purchased the merchandise directly from Save the Manatee Club.
5. All earring sales are final. If damaged in delivery, then an exchange will be made.
Save the Manatee Club will reimburse return postage costs only if we shipped the wrong item/size or in the case of damaged goods.
Return Procedure
For refund processing, email catalog@savethemanatee.org, or call 1-800-432-5646 and ask for the Catalog Department.
In the event of damaged goods, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and Return Shipping Label will be emailed to you. To help with processing the return postage claim, please include photos of damaged items and the shipping box they were received in.
For non-refundable shipping, please return your item in its original condition and packaging to:
